Equipment Composition

The YZZX-2520 CNC Double-Sided Boring and milling machine consists of symmetrically arranged beds on both sides, cross-slides, columns moving longitudinally (front and back), power heads moving vertically (up and down), and a central rotary indexing worktable. It is also equipped with an automatic chip conveyor, a cooling device, a pneumatic system, an electrical system, and a tool magazine.

Overall Structural Requirements

Major components such as the bed, columns, and spindle box are all made of high-strength cast iron. They undergo artificial aging heat treatment and annealing stress relief treatment to completely eliminate internal stress. Finite Element Analysis (FEA) has been applied to effectively predict and optimize the static and dynamic performance of the machine. This ensures superior overall performance and a high cost-performance ratio.
