Machining Capabilities and General Features
This machine tool is equipped with versatile machining functions, including milling, boring, drilling (drilling, expanding, and reaming), tapping, and spot facing. It features mature processing technology and delivers stable, reliable product quality. With its rational layout, convenient operation, reliable performance, easy maintenance, and aesthetically pleasing appearance, it ensures an excellent user experience.
Machine Layout and Kinematics
The machine adopts a horizontal layout with a double-sided machining configuration and a top-mounted spindle box, providing superior rigidity. The working kinematics are designed as follows: the columns move longitudinally (left and right, X1 and X2 axes) along the bed base guideways; the spindle boxes move vertically (up and down, Y1 and Y2 axes) along the column guideways; and the columns move transversely (front and back, Z1 and Z2 axes) along the slide table guideways.
Structural Manufacturing and Optimization
The fundamental components of the machine are cast from high-strength iron using a German resin sand production line. They undergo artificial aging heat treatment and annealing stress relief treatment to completely eliminate internal stress. Finite Element Analysis (FEA) has been applied to effectively predict and optimize the static and dynamic performance of the machine, ensuring superior overall performance and a high cost-performance ratio. Designed using SolidWorks 3D software, the ribbed structure has been optimized to deliver high overall rigidity and excellent dynamic characteristics, making it particularly suitable for heavy-duty cutting operations.
