Overview

This machine is a CNC fully hydraulic dual-drive 4-roll plate rolling machine capable of rolling metal plates into cylindrical, arc-shaped, and conical workpieces. It simultaneously satisfies various process operations, including end pre-bending, rolling, rounding, and cone rolling. With a single loading, the machine can complete the pre-bending and rolling of both plate ends into cylindrical and arc shapes without the need for auxiliary devices, resulting in minimal remaining straight edges.

Drive & Control System

The upper and lower rolls are driven by a fully hydraulic dual-drive system with digital control.

The machine features both CNC and manual control systems, allowing for easy switching. It is characterized by strong anti-interference capabilities, a long service life, vibration resistance, and stable operation.

Hydraulic System

The hydraulic control system utilizes an integrated valve block design for easy maintenance, ensuring excellent functionality and operational reliability. It is equipped with oil filtration and an industrial chiller cooling system.

The system piping is neatly arranged for convenient operation, with natural and rational bending of the metal hydraulic pipes.

The hydraulic system features a monitoring function that tracks key pressure output points and oil temperature. In the event of a fault, the system will automatically shut down and trigger an alarm, indicating the specific fault location.

Control System & HMI

The control system offers screen display, calculation, program control, process parameter storage, software protection, and human-machine interface (HMI) functions. It includes two operation control cabinets, one of which is mobile and can be moved around the equipment.

The CNC system provides real-time monitoring of the rolling process, calculation of cylinder rolling process parameters, and features for editing, storing, data transmission, and power-off memory. The HMI is clear and intuitive. Via a touchscreen, users can easily input, edit, calculate, modify, and store workpiece parameters. Stored process data is organized into menus within the system's memory. Users can simply select the corresponding menu to apply the rolling parameters for specific workpieces.

The equipment is equipped with automatic fault diagnosis and soft limit protection for all components.

Working Roll Drive

Both the upper and lower rolls of this 4-roll plate rolling machine are drive rolls. The hydraulic system drives hydraulic motors and reducers to rotate the upper and lower working rolls, providing the necessary torque for plate rolling. The system delivers ample torque, reliable performance, and low noise, ensuring the machine's rolling capacity and meeting the requirements for load starting and frequent start-stop operations.
