Working Principle & Applications

This machine utilizes the "Bauschinger effect" of materials to perform multiple repetitive bending on the plates. By gradually reducing the bending deflection, the plates are ultimately leveled to meet the required flatness precision. It is primarily used for leveling and stress relief of various plates, including plain carbon steel, low-alloy structural steel, hot-rolled or explosive composite plates, wear-resistant and weathering steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloys, and quenched and tempered plates.
