Feature 1: Pinch Roll Device
The infeed side of the equipment is equipped with a pinch roll device featuring a hold-down function. This allows for the initial leveling of highly deformed explosive plates, facilitates feeding, and ensures the leveling accuracy at both ends of the plate.
Feature 2: Individual Upper Roll Adjustment Technology
The upper rolls offer versatile adjustment options, including parallel, inclined, and V-type configurations, making feeding more convenient. Each upper roll can apply significant deformation force, ensuring high leveling precision and excellent stress homogenization of the sheet metal.
Feature 3: Dual Independent Drive Units
The drive section of the Leveling Machine's work rolls is divided into front and rear groups, each equipped with an independent power unit. Each power unit consists of a main motor, coupling, gear reducer, and gear distribution box connected in sequence to drive the respective work rolls. This design significantly extends the service life of the work rolls and transmission components, improves transmission efficiency, and reduces operational and maintenance costs.
Feature 4: Quadruple High-Precision Roll System
The machine adopts a quadruple high-precision roll system to ensure superior leveling accuracy. The work rolls are supported by multiple sets of backup rolls to guarantee system rigidity. Made from high-strength alloy steel 60CrMoV forgings, the work rolls undergo quenching and tempering followed by surface hardening, achieving a hardness of HRC 60-65 for excellent wear and impact resistance. The height of each backup roll set can be adjusted independently up and down, ensuring optimal contact even after long-term use or regrinding of the work rolls.
Feature 5: Intelligent Centralized Lubrication System
The lubrication system utilizes an electric dry-oil lubrication pump to distribute oil to various lubrication points through distributors and pipelines. Each point is equipped with a smart sensor. In the event of a blocked oil line or lubrication point, an alarm is triggered on the console, allowing operators to quickly and clearly identify the faulty point. Fully controlled by the CNC system, it also features data collection capabilities, including alarms for blocked oil lines, low oil levels, and an automatic shutdown function triggered by low oil pressure.
