The BXBJ planing and milling machine is a series of CNC machine tools featuring independent intellectual property rights. It is developed by the First Heavy CNC Machine Tool Automation Engineering Research Institute, which has integrated domestic and international specialized machine tool technologies and accumulated over 20 years of manufacturing experience.

Technical Features:

Precision Feed System: The horizontal and vertical feeds of the tool post are driven by servo motors connected to ball screw and nut mechanisms. This replaces the traditional worm gear transmission, effectively solving issues like high axial load, failure, and damage caused by impact forces from bevel gears. It eliminates the drawbacks of high failure rates, difficult operation, low efficiency, and tool breakage during cutting. Both vertical and horizontal feeds are also equipped with manual feed options to facilitate electrical maintenance.

Advanced Control & Versatility: Integrating a PLC automatic control system with manual functions, it achieves seamless human-machine interaction, fast command execution, highly efficient motion control, and strong real-time performance. It can process various groove forms for different metals, including Y, U, V, and X grooves.

Wear-Resistant Guide Rails: Our company utilizes SF wear-resistant and high-temperature-resistant materials, which are compounded onto the adjusting pads in contact with the guide rails. After hundreds of thousands of tests, no scratching or galling has occurred even after long-term use.

Precision Scraping for Lubrication: The moving slide plates are hand-scraped after precision grinding. This ensures an adequate oil film during movement for thorough lubrication, thereby guaranteeing the machining accuracy of the workpieces.

Fully Hydraulic Clamping: The automatic hydraulic clamping system enhances equipment reliability and safety. It features a dual-circuit control for convenient operation.

Pressure-Holding & Energy-Saving System: The hydraulic system has a pressure-holding function. Once the required pressure is reached, the pump motor stops, preventing oil temperature rise, saving power, and extending the equipment's service life.

Variable Frequency Speed Control: The cutting speed can be adjusted to different ranges based on the material and plate thickness, providing excellent protection for the machine tool.

High Automation: Functions such as automatic workpiece clamping, automatic feed during machining, automatic tool lifting, and automatic reversing cycles for the cutting stroke are all electrically controlled and fully automated.

Motorized Roller Stand: Equipped with a motorized roller stand and auxiliary racks, it assists operators in loading and unloading materials, significantly reducing labor intensity during alignment and machining.

Automatic Centralized Lubrication: All moving mechanisms use an automatic centralized lubrication system, featuring alarms for low oil levels and blocked pipelines.
