Equipment Description

This machine tool is a three-axis gantry-moving boring and milling machine. It features a stationary worktable, with the gantry frame moving longitudinally (X-axis) on the slide table, the cross-slide moving laterally (Y-axis) along the crossbeam, and the milling head ram moving vertically (Z-axis) along the cross-slide. Finite Element Analysis (FEA) has been applied to effectively predict and optimize the static and dynamic performance of the machine, ensuring superior overall performance and a high cost-performance ratio. This machine is capable of performing various machining operations, including milling and drilling.
