Equipment Composition
This equipment consists of a gantry frame, slide table, bed, cross-slide, ram-type milling power head, worktable, tools, lubrication system, chip removal system, cooling and protection devices, balancing system, electrical system, and CNC system.
Equipment Features:
1. Gantry Frame - Slide Table - Bed
The gantry frame, slide table, bed, and worktable all adopt a welded structure. The internal cavities of the components are rationally distributed with reinforcing ribs, providing excellent rigidity and precision retention. Through overall annealing and vibratory stress relief treatment, internal stresses are minimized to ensure long-term machining stability and precision.
2. Cross-Slide
The cross-slide moves along the crossbeam to constitute the Y-axis feed motion. It adopts heavy-duty ball linear guide blocks, with the supporting guides arranged in an inclined stepped configuration to ensure a more reasonable distribution of forces.
3. Ram-Type Milling Power Head
The ram moves up and down along the cross-slide to constitute the Z-axis motion. The ram is equipped with a hydraulic balancing mechanism to prevent the spindle box from dropping due to sudden power outages, ensuring the movement stability of the spindle box and the safety of cutting operations.
4. Worktable
The worktable remains stationary, which facilitates the loading and unloading of workpieces. This design avoids the negative impact of heavy worktables and workpieces on dynamic performance, and also prevents dynamic performance fluctuations caused by changes in workpiece mass.
5. Chip Removal System
Chain plate chip conveyors are equipped on both sides of the stationary worktable. Iron chips generated during the machining process are transported by these conveyors to a chain-type chip removal machine at the bottom of the machine, and are ultimately discharged into a chip collection cart.
6. CNC System
The machine tool is equipped with the FANUC OI-MF CNC system, utilizing semi-closed-loop control. It controls the simultaneous three-axis (X, Y, Z) linkage and is capable of linear and circular interpolation functions.
