Application:

This equipment is designed to continuously mill both sides along the length of the boom plates for truck-mounted cranes. It can mill the required welding preparations and end faces in a single pass.

Main Machine Description:

The bilateral milling mechanism comprises mobile milling units, a machine bed and base, a plate alignment, clamping, and feeding mechanism, mobile suction cups, a roller conveyor, and an automatic loading and unloading system.

Mobile Milling Unit

The mobile milling unit consists of a milling power mechanism, a feed/retract slide mechanism, and a main drive structure.

Machine Bed

The machine bed is fabricated from welded steel plates. After welding, it undergoes annealing treatment for stress relief, ensuring high stability.

Plate Alignment, Clamping, and Feeding Mechanism

This system includes a workpiece clamping mechanism, a plate centering mechanism, an automatic chip recovery mechanism, an automatic loading and unloading device, and a roller conveyor.

Electrical System

The machine is equipped with a FAGOR 8055i CNC system, and the left and right milling heads are driven by servo motors.

Lubrication System

An automatic lubrication device is provided to automatically lubricate moving pairs such as guide rails and lead screws throughout the machine.
