The SKPL-16035 CNC Beveling Machining Center is a new type of high-efficiency, heavy-duty processing equipment independently developed by Jiangsu Yizhong. This equipment is designed for the highly efficient four-sided beveling of plates. It employs continuous milling around the plate's perimeter to produce the welding preparations required. It is widely used in industries such as pressure vessels, steel structure bridges, chemical and environmental protection engineering, construction machinery, and shipbuilding.
The machine bed and slide saddle are both made of high-strength HT300 cast iron with secondary heat treatment, while the square ram adopts QT500 ductile iron. The basic framework offers strong rigidity and high stability. All products are designed using SolidWorks 3D software, and the main structures of the machine tool undergo finite element analysis (FEA). By optimizing the rib layout structure, the entire machine achieves high rigidity and excellent dynamic characteristics, making it particularly suitable for heavy-duty cutting.
Machine Layout
Layout: Fixed worktable, single-gantry, dual-spindle, and gantry-moving CNC beveling machining center.
Equipped with drilling, milling, and boring functions, this machine focuses on the milling process of plate beveling. With mature technology and stable, reliable product quality, it features a reasonable layout, convenient operation and maintenance, and an aesthetically pleasing appearance. It supports 3-axis linkage and can perform multiple processes after one-setup clamping, including rough surface removal, rough milling, and beveling.
The equipment is equipped with large-plate automatic clamping fixtures, compatible with the positioning and clamping of both non-ferrous and ferrous metals. One-setup clamping allows for multi-process machining, such as composite plate skin removal and one-pass beveling.
Adopting an independently developed heavy-duty cutting module cutter head, it can achieve heavy-load cutting at speeds of >4 m/min.
The system is configured with a laser online monitoring function. The milling head can perform floating high-precision machining based on the surface curvature of the workpiece, ensuring the consistency of the milling center height.
