The CNC Beveling Machining Center is designed for the highly efficient four-sided beveling of steel plates and drilling processes. It employs continuous milling around the plate's perimeter to produce the welding preparations required. It is widely used in industries such as pressure vessels, steel structure bridges, chemical and environmental protection engineering, construction machinery, and shipbuilding.
This product is a new type of high-efficiency, heavy-duty processing equipment independently developed by our company. Featuring excellent system rigidity, high precision, long service life, and high reliability, it boasts high positioning accuracy, smooth operation, and low energy consumption, fully meeting the demands of enterprises for efficient production.
The CNC Beveling Machining Center features the following characteristics:
Feature 1: The equipment adopts a design where the milling heads move while the workpiece remains fixed, resulting in a small footprint and flexible processing. Two sets of heavy-duty milling heads are mounted on the front side of the gantry, driven by high-power variable frequency geared motors. Characterized by high torque at low speeds, they are ideal for heavy-duty cutting and enable the highly efficient four-sided beveling of steel plates. On the rear side of the gantry, one set of high-speed drill-milling power heads is arranged to efficiently complete drilling and milling processes.
Feature 2: Utilizing a proprietary forming cutter head, the machine employs peripheral cutting to align the cutting force parallel to the direction of the steel plate. This significantly reduces vertical vibrations, achieving high-speed, heavy-duty cutting while minimizing blade wear. Furthermore, low-speed, high-torque cutting effectively controls the temperature rise of the spindle bearings, reducing bearing damage and improving spindle running stability.
Feature 3: On-site installation is guided and monitored using a German SP high-precision laser geometric measuring instrument. The equipment can detect all spatial geometric accuracies, including ground leveling, guide rail straightness, and verticality. In particular, it precisely measures the parallelism and elevation consistency of the guide rails on the large-span split bed, ensuring the parallelism of the beds on both sides. This allows the machine to glide smoothly and precisely along the rails, thereby improving equipment precision and operational stability.
Feature 4: The lubrication system comprises two forms: grease lubrication and automatic oil lubrication. Grease lubrication is applied to the support bearings of the ball screws for each axis. Automatic oil lubrication is applied to the guide rail pairs and ball screw pairs of each axis. The automatic oil lubrication operates in a fully automatic, timed, and quantified manner. It features intelligent control and data collection capabilities, along with alarms for blocked oil lines and low oil levels, as well as a safety function that engages a pre-tightened stop when oil is insufficient.
