Equipment Composition

This equipment consists of a machine bed, worktable, movable gantry, CNC slide table, CNC vertical ram-type drilling power head, automatic chip conveyor and coolant circulation system, automatic lubrication and protective devices, tool magazine, touch probe system, balancing system, pneumatic system, electrical system, and CNC system.

Structural Design

The machine bed, worktable, gantry, and power head ram all adopt a welded structure. The internal cavities of the components are reasonably reinforced with ribs, providing excellent rigidity and precision retention. The entire structure undergoes overall annealing and vibratory stress relief (VSR) treatment to maximize stress elimination, ensuring long-term precision stability of the machine tool.

Machine Advantages:

The machine is equipped with a linear-type tool magazine, enabling the automatic tool changer (ATC) function.

The machine features a wireless Renishaw touch probe system that communicates directly with the CNC system for touch-trigger alignment. The probe is stored in the tool magazine and is automatically transferred to the spindle via the automatic tool changer.
