350x4500 Horizontal Down-adjusting Plate Rolling Machine

This machine is a hydraulic three-roll Plate Bending Machine, designed for rolling steel plates into cylindrical, arc-shaped, and conical shapes, as well as for rounding (calibration) operations.

During the rolling and rounding processes, the three working rolls are driven to provide the necessary rolling torque for the plates.

The equipment is controlled by a PLC system, with a synchronization accuracy of ±0.20 mm.

The bearing housings of the lower rolls are equipped with a conical rolling device. Please refer to the illustration below for the conical rolling schematic.

The hydraulic control system features an integrated valve block design for easy maintenance, ensuring excellent functionality and operational reliability. It is equipped with oil filtration and an industrial chiller cooling system.

The system piping is neatly arranged for convenient operation, and the bending of metal hydraulic pipes is natural and reasonable.


The hydraulic system is equipped with a monitoring function that tracks key pressure output points and oil temperature. In the event of a fault, the system will automatically shut down and trigger an alarm, indicating the exact location of the fault.


The entire machine features both CNC and manual control systems, allowing for easy switching. It is characterized by strong anti-interference capabilities, a long service life, vibration resistance, and stable operation. The control system offers screen display, calculation, program control, process parameter storage, software protection, and human-machine interface (HMI) functions. It includes two operation control cabinets, one of which is mobile and can be moved around the equipment.

The CNC system features real-time monitoring of the rolling process, as well as functions for calculating, editing, storing, and transferring data of cylindrical rolling process parameters, along with power-off memory. The human-machine interface (HMI) is clear and intuitive for easy operation. Through a touch screen, users can easily input, edit, calculate, modify, and store the parameters of the workpiece to be rolled. The stored process data are saved in the system's memory in a menu format. When in use, users only need to call up the corresponding menu to retrieve the rolling parameters for the specific workpiece.


The equipment is equipped with an automatic fault diagnosis function and software limit protection for all components.


The main drive system of this plate bending machine adopts a hydraulic motor combined with a planetary reducer to directly drive the upper working roll, providing the necessary torque for plate bending. The speed can be adjusted according to the requirements of the rolling process. Compared with traditional drive systems, this design not only significantly reduces the floor space required but also eliminates the installation and adjustment inconveniences associated with conventional methods. This facilitates machine installation and transportation when relocating the equipment. Furthermore, it prevents unstable transmission caused by inconsistent load-bearing capacities between the main unit and the drive unit during foundation construction.
