Overview

This equipment is hydraulically driven and designed for testing high-pressure gas cylinders under alternating dry and wet conditions. It is capable of testing high-pressure gas cylinders in both air and seawater environments, significantly improving testing accuracy and efficiency. Additionally, it is suitable for the pressing of various plastic materials, and can meet the client's requirements for bellows forming processes and expansion joint pressure testing.

Control System & Functions

The machine consists of a mainframe, hydraulic control system, electrical control system, lubrication system, and safety protection system. It supports centralized control via console buttons as well as manual handwheel control, enabling adjustment, manual, and semi-automatic operation modes. The working pressure and stroke range can be adjusted according to specific process requirements. The equipment also features pressure holding during pressing, as well as directional valve cushioning during reversal.
