This equipment mainly consists of a bed, worktable, movable gantry, CNC vertical ram-type drilling power head, automatic chip conveyor and coolant circulation system, hydraulic system, and electrical system.
Application and Features
This equipment is primarily used for drilling through holes, drilling blind holes, and milling sealing grooves on elemental materials and composite materials. It supports high-speed drilling with internal coolant using carbide drills, or conventional drilling with external coolant using standard HSS twist drills. The machining process is digitally controlled (CNC), making it highly user-friendly. It is capable of automated, high-precision, high-mix, and high-volume production. This product is widely applied in industries such as petrochemicals, boilers and pressure vessels, steel structure bridges, and power fittings.
Equipment Characteristics:
CNC Slide Table Drilling Power Head: Capable of controlling hole depth, with functions for drilling blind holes, expanding holes, and chamfering.
Automatic Point Location: The CNC Drilling Machine automatically locates points in the X and Y directions for drilling operations.
Multi-Station Processing: The machine features four processing positions and 12 hydraulic clamps, allowing it to hold four sets of workpieces simultaneously. Workpieces can be loaded and unloaded while drilling is in progress.
CNC & PLC Control: The machine is controlled by a CNC and PLC system, featuring a CRT display.
Advanced Programming Software: The programming software is Windows-based and includes a CAD interface, enabling fast, convenient programming with intuitive visual previews.
Automatic Chip Removal: The machine features an automatic chip removal system, and the coolant is recycled for continuous use.
