Key Features:

1. Advanced Drive System & Cooling:

This product replaces the outdated worm gear drive system found in traditional edge planers. The old system often suffered from heavy axial loads, malfunctions, and damage due to the high impact force of bevel gears during cutting, resulting in high failure rates, difficult operation, low efficiency, and frequent tool breakage. Our upgraded design eliminates these issues and incorporates a coolant system for high-power cutting to prevent tool overheating and burning.

2. Human-Machine Integration & Versatile Beveling:

Designed with a human-machine integration concept, this machine seamlessly combines fully automatic and manual functions, allowing operators to maintain control in any situation. It is highly versatile, capable of processing various metal bevel profiles, including double X, V, U, and O shapes.

3. Superior Wear Resistance:

We have introduced and improved upon German machine tool guideway wear-resistance technology. A composite of SF wear-resistant and high-temperature materials is applied to the adjustment pads in contact with the guideways, significantly enhancing durability.

Technical Specifications:

1. Spindle Box:

The spindle housing is made of high-strength resin sand cast iron, providing excellent rigidity. Travel speed adjustment is smooth and unobstructed. Featuring electromechanical integration and variable frequency drive (VFD), it simplifies operation, reduces operator fatigue, and fully realizes human-machine integration.

2. Machine Structure & Guideways:

The machine body is constructed from either HT250 resin sand cast iron or welded steel plates. The entire frame undergoes overall annealing to eliminate internal stress. After rough machining, the bed undergoes secondary vibratory stress relief before final precision machining. The steel guideways are surface-hardened and then precision-ground to meet strict accuracy requirements.

3. Upper Gantry & Hydraulic System:

The upper pressing device utilizes an advanced arc-shaped structural design to effectively distribute stress. Equipped with hydraulic cylinders and mechanical clamping devices, it supports both automatic and manual functions to enhance equipment reliability and safety. The transmission lead screws are quenched and tempered to maximize strength and rigidity.

4. Electrical Control System:

Built on an electromechanical integration design, the control system offers automatic and manual horizontal/vertical feed options, along with alarm functions. The seamless combination of auto and manual modes ensures user-friendly operation. Key electrical components are sourced from renowned brands such as Schneider, Panasonic, and Mitsubishi.
