Overview
This equipment is a large-scale Hydraulic Press primarily used for processes such as material calibration, shaping, leveling, and straightening. It features high pressure and rigidity, enabling highly efficient and high-precision shaping and forming operations.
Feature 1: Frame Structure
The frame is constructed from Q235 welded steel. All welds are machined into U-groove joints and utilize full penetration welding (with a design safety factor of 1.25x). Post-weld, the entire frame undergoes annealing treatment. The design has been optimized using ANSYS finite element analysis, resulting in high dynamic and static rigidity.
Feature 2: Cylinder Design
The cylinder barrel and piston rod are made from integral forgings. The main cylinder plunger and the worktable are connected via a flexible spherical bearing. This design significantly reduces lateral thrust, prevents wear on the plunger guide bushing and seals, and ensures a long service life for the cylinder.
Feature 3: Piping & Sealing
The hydraulic piping utilizes imported sealing components with an O-ring sealing configuration to guarantee a completely leak-free system.
Feature 4: Working Cylinder Structure
The working cylinder adopts a flange-supported piston structure. The piston rod is made from AISI 1045 carbon steel. After normalizing treatment, the rod undergoes surface hardening to achieve a hardness of HRC 45-55. The total length of the guide bushing exceeds 0.7 times the piston diameter to enhance its guiding performance.
Feature 5: Control System
The machine is equipped with a SIEMENS PLC system featuring an Ethernet port and an OPC interface, supporting interface program configuration and development for users. In addition to meeting the operational needs of the equipment, it allows for remote control of process parameters and data according to user requirements, facilitating seamless integration into the client's upper-level management and control network.
This product is widely used in industries such as shipbuilding, automotive, rolling stock, and pressure vessels.
